If you're getting some kind of Windows error message ...maybe something like this:
Check to see if you have any antivirus software running on your computer. IF you do, see if you can "allow" The Graphics Creator
This was a problem with another user, he discovered he was using AVAST and working with WIN10
He found that he could 'allow' the software to save and run smoothly in the control panel of Avast.
He replied (after fixing his problem):
IT IS WORKING NOW!
I finally managed to find out that Graphic Creator was blocked (I do not know why)
I unblocked it and it is fine and dandy now.
