the download won't install

This question mainly pertains to the Windows version of the software

If you're downloading the Graphics Creator, and it doesn't seem to be launching or installing anything, try this:

Open your Program Files folder and look for the "graphics creator' folder... and delete the entire folder.
(this won't delete any templates or saved designs... they're located in your Documents folder on your computer)

Then, try downloading once more:
Visit your account: https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/account

Download The Graphics Creator 8 again.


So, delete the program folder first, then install from the link above.
